Information we collect

We collect the email address and account details needed to sign in, manage credits and respond to support requests. Payment card information is handled by the selected payment provider and is not stored by this site.

The service also processes the three photos you upload, output settings, generated videos, task status and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the product.

How photos are used

Your photos are used only to create the video you request and to display the result in your account. They are not sold and are not used to train models. Uploaded generation inputs and generated task files are automatically deleted within 30 days. You may remove a saved video from your history sooner.

Payments and service providers

Payment providers process checkout, payment status and refund records. Hosting, storage and generation providers process only the data needed to deliver the service. Provider credentials and internal routing details are not public.

Cookies and basic analytics

The site may use essential cookies for authentication, locale and theme preferences. If analytics is enabled, it is used to understand aggregate page usage and not to identify the people in uploaded photos.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of account information by contacting support. Some payment and security records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
