Refund Policy

Credit-based generation

Completed video generations consume credits according to the resolution shown in the generator. The required amount is displayed before a task is submitted. The service offers one-time credit packs, not subscriptions.

Failed generations

If a paid task fails before producing a usable video for a technical reason, reserved credits are refunded automatically. This includes service-side failures, moderation blocks and tasks that finish without a playable output.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

Contact support@aigangnamstyle.video if you believe a purchase is duplicate or accidental. Include the account email, purchase date, amount and order reference. Approved cash refunds are returned through the original payment method when available.

Completed videos

Because each video is generated from the user's selected photos and settings, completed videos that meet the stated product behavior are generally not refundable for personal preference. A clear quality incident or repeatable product defect is reviewed and, when confirmed, refunded.

No free generation tier

The site does not offer a free generation tier. Watching the public template preview is free; creating a personalized video uses paid credits shown before submission.

Effective date

This policy is effective 23 October 2026.
